Terms and Conditions

If the selected dress is available, we will contact you within 48 hours (working days) to confirm your order. Delivery charge is 80 BDT.
We provide full cash on delivery across Bangladesh. We do not require any advance payment for online orders through bKash/Rocket/bank or any other medium.
If you receive a defective product, you can return it. However, you must inspect the item while the delivery personnel are still present at your doorstep. Please examine the dresses carefully upon receipt. We will not accept any complaints after our delivery personnel leaves your premises.
If you do not receive a call from our page within 48 hours, please consider that the dresses have gone out of stock.
We send parcels outside Chittagong in good condition. If you do not collect the parcel from the courier within 4 days, no further products or services will be provided through our page.
